Return Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Rylee Ann’s will be happy to offer an exchange or store credit on your merchandise as long as items are still in it’s original condition

Exchanges are accepted within 12 days of purchase to receive store credit or exchange.

If shipping back to us, customer is responsible for shipping item and shipping costs 

Must have original tags attached and must be unwashed and unworn, free of any stains, perfume smell, smoke smells and free of any pet hair,  if management feels garment has any of these issues we will not be able to issue store credit or exchange 

Holiday items, such as holiday themed graphic tees, holiday home decor, etc. may not be returned or exchanged it is FINAL SALE

ALL accessories are a final sale (jewelry, purses, hats, hair accessories etc).

If after 12 days, unfortunately we cannot accept items for store credit or exchange. 

ALL sale items are FINAL SALE.
No exchanges or store credit will be issued for items purchased on sale
